You might be here because...
You may feel unsure about your direction.
You might have studied Interior Design, already be working in the field, or feel deeply drawn to it — yet still feel confused, blocked, or misaligned.
You’re not looking for more information.
You’re looking for clarity, grounding, and a way to move forward without feeling lost or behind.
My Approach
I don’t teach interior design.
I mentor women into becoming interior designers — in how they think, decide, and show up professionally.
My work focuses on clarity, decision-making, and professional posture, especially during moments of uncertainty or transition.

Why this work exists
I created this work because many women in interior design feel lost or inadequate — not because they lack talent, but because they lack orientation.
This space exists to slow things down, bring clarity, and help build long-lasting foundations — without rushing the process or idealizing the profession.
Experience-led guidance
The structure behind this mentorship is the result of 15 years spent studying, working, and growing within the interior design industry, with Milan as a formative professional environment.
It reflects real-world experience, not idealized versions of the profession.
This is why the work focuses on clarity, responsibility, and long-lasting foundations — rather than quick solutions or simplified paths.

depending on where you are and what you need right now.

About me

If you are a woman in interior design who feels capable, committed, and still quietly unsure — you’re not alone.
Many women in this field love their work and are good at what they do, and still question themselves more than their work deserves.
I’m Tamara — an interior designer and mentor for women in interior design.
For over ten years, I’ve worked with people and spaces, and I’ve seen how deeply the two are connected.
Design changes rooms, yes — but it also changes how we see, choose, and trust ourselves.
I studied Product Design at ISIA Florence and Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano, and I built my professional life between Italy and international contexts, working with studios, brands, and clients across different cultures and markets.
Today, I work with women at the beginning of their journey and those already in the field who want more clarity, more confidence, and a steadier sense of direction in how they build their work.
Not to become someone else.
But to stand more fully in who they already are.
If you are here because something in you wants to feel more grounded, more clear, and more true in how you work — you’re in the right place.
We can begin there.
